Ruffed Neck Warmer Scarf Knitting Pattern
This cozy neck warmer will keep your neck warm at home or on the street. It involves both knitting & crochet, best of both worlds. Knits up rather quickly in bulky yarn, add an extra skein and make it a scarf.
