Knit Picks City Tweed Heavy Worsted
2 balls - 164yds
Color Used : Snowshoe
Any weight yarn will work though!
Needles:
US Size 10.5

Cable Needle or DPN
Yarn Needle
Gauge : Not to important
Abbreviations :
K = Knit
P = Purl
CO = Cast On
BO = Binf Off
CN = cable needle
C6F (cable 6 front) = slip 3 sts onto CN and hold at front of work, knit next 3 sts, then knit sts from CN
C6B (cable 6 back) = slip 3 sts onto CN and hold at back of work, knit next 3 sts, then knit sts from CN
Notes : mult. 12 + 6 + 1 st for the rim on each edge (so really 2 sts)
Pattern Instructions
CO 68
Row 1 & 5 : k
Row 2 & all even rows : k1, p to last st, k1.
Row 3 : k1, *C6F, k6; rep from * to last 7 sts, C6F, k1.
Row 7 : k1, *k6, C6B; rep from * to last 7 sts, k7.
Row 8 : p
Rep these 8 rows for desired length, you run out of yarn or til piece measures 24"
Finishing
With right sides facing each other sew CO & BO edges together - see picture.
Block if desired
